Our Experience

With 28 years of experience, Saskarc has forged a solid background in fabricating and shipping super large modules, including shipping two of the largest pipe rack modules to ever ship across Western Canada in 2018.

Our diverse project portfolio includes fabricating for industries such as mining, oil and gas, food processing, petrochemical, and power generation, to name a few.

Our Infrastructure

Saskarc’s infrastructure is of huge benefit to customers. Some significant features of Saskarc’s facilities include:

  • Significant overhead crane capacity – nearly 180 tons between nine cranes within our two shops.
  • Up to 30’ under crane hook, and overhead doors up to 50’ wide and 37’ tall.
  • Unique location near US border for North American shipping convenience, giving Saskarc the capacity to provide modular fabrication for Western Canada including Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Columbia and most areas in the Continental US.
  • Over 14 acres of outdoor lay down space, which is safely graded for all seasons.

As an ongoing effort to foster the culture of continuous improvement, Saskarc continues to improve shop enhancements, such as energy upgrades, welding machines, equipment and enhanced lighting, which all contribute to the enhanced quality and outcome of fabrication projects.

Our Capacity

With around 100 experienced employees, we are able to take on multiple large projects simultaneously with our experienced project management in fabrication.

In addition to our large team, our multiple fabrication shops and 14-acre laydown yard enable us to take on multiple large projects, while having the internal resources to ensure each ongoing project is made a top priority.
