On behalf of Saskarc Industries Inc., Lorne Loughran, Director of Finance, was pleased to present a donation for $5,400 to Stan Latkowski, representative from STARS. The donation will fund a flight – i.e. pay for the upkeep of the helicopter, four attendants and a doctor if necessary, as well as the fuel for one rescue. This is the second donation made this quarter to STARS by Saskarc. The value previously donated was $1,000. Saskarc said: “We believe by supporting community initiatives that align with our own core values, we can all help build a stronger, healthier and safer province.”
